Kendwa Rocks is situated on the north-western tip of Zanzibar, at the famous Kendwa beach. The first hotel to be built there, it has gone through several refurbishments and now offers stylish accommodation at a laid-back beach.

Kendwa Rocks has 23 bungalows: 10 Palm leaf bandas, 6 coral stone bungalows and 7 palm wood bungalows. They are built on the rocks above the beach, the palm wood bungalows directly at the magnificent beach, and all have sea view.

The beach restaurannt serves a la carte menues, mainly Zanzibarian dishes with coconut milk and spices Zanzibar is famous for, but also other african and european dishes, and on festive days there is a huge seafood buffet with fresh caught fish.

The hotel and nearby offices organise snorkeling tours, PADI diving, deep se fishing and local Dhow cruises.

Kendwa Rocks is the organiser and host of the famous Full Moon Party on Zanzibar, a monthly event on Saturdays next to the full moon date. There are acrobatic performances, world music, and party until late!....
