Lemala Ngorongoro is a new luxurous, permanent tented camp on the rim of the Ngorngoro crater, and one of very few only.

There are 8 large spacious tents and 1 family tent with wooden platforms and rugs. Each tent has 2 large single beds or a king size double bed with thick blankets for warmth, a heater to warm the tent, and a private bathroom including dressing area, flush toilet, shower and basin with running warm water.

The mess tent is beautifully furnished with grand sofas, lamps, book and corner cabinets in old wood, chests and rugs. Meals are served in or ouside the mess tent and all guests are invited to sit together with the naturalist at dinner time. Laundry and house beverages (tea and coffee, wine, beer, soda, water and spirits) are included while staying at the camp. Lemala Ngorongoro offers great charm and luxury in a delightful prime location on the rim of the crater.

Lemala Ngorongoro offers fantastic views in the crater and its abundant wildlife. Lemala Camp is only 5 minutes drive from the crater enter route and is used by very few vehicles only, promising quiter game drives in the crater.
