Rivertrees, nestled between Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru,

Rivertrees accommodates up to 24 guests, guaranteeing
privacy, personal attention and good service. The 8 self
contained guestrooms are located in the main farmhouse
and within the spacious gardens along the river. The 2 'River
Cottages' offer private decks and wood burning fire places.
Emphasis is on providing comfortable accommodation,
with each room individually styled and uniquely
furnished with it's own character.
Rivertrees offers excellent country cuisine,
using fresh fruit, herbs and vegetables grown in the their own gardens.
The aroma of freshly baked bread, herbs and spices wafing in from
the kitchens will peek your appetite. Rivertrees also specializes
in catering for seminars, weddings, conferences, and corporate workshops
for incentive groups and other special occasions.

The hotel runs its own community project.
Bahati is a German & Tanzanian registered non-profit organization,
helping women and their children released from prison shelter, food
and medical care.. They train women to make jewellery using beadwork
and locally available items, thus ensuring self-funding of the project,
although donations form an invaluable source.
